Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Shipping Times

United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
International Orders: 5–15 business days (depending on the destination)

Shipping Charges

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will review your claim and arrange an appropriate solution.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the product or shipping price.
